Few points to remember
– Returns/exchange request need to be within 7 days of the delivery of product.
– All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging
and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted where applied.
– In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snapshot at firstname.lastname@example.org
– Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
– Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:
– Cash refund via bank transfer into their bank account.
– Cash refund via Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash / UPaisa / Zong Paymax.
– A Coupon Code of the refund value from ladies1st.pk, which can be redeemed against any purchase. You may enter the issued Coupon Code under the ‘Coupons’ section at www.ladies1st.pk to avail refund amount.
